The secret to the cuisine of Brac is that there is no secret! It's based on home-made, delicious, fragrant and most of all healthy ingredients. For in Brac each season of the year yields different fruits. From tangerines, oranges and lemons in winter, cherries, strawberries, artichokes, peas and spinach in spring, apricots, peaches, melons, watermelons, plums and figs in summer, to grapes, rose hips, apples and pears in autumn. We should add fresh fish, home-bred lamb and goat meat and sheep cheese, and spice it all up with the olive oil, rosemary and lemon of Brac. We can now only add “Enjoy it!”
