Die
Ferienwohnungen liegen im Erdgeshoss und haben eine hemeinsame,
uberdachte Veranda mit jeweils einem Tisch und vier Stuhlen. Die
Wohnungen sind 2003 fertiggestellt und neu eingerichtet worden.
Alle Raume sind gefliest.
Die Ferienwonungen haben jeweils zwei
Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das zweite mit zwei Einzelbetten.
Jede Wohnung hat eine Wohnkuche mit Einbaukuche, Herd, Kuhlschrank
mit Gefrierfach, Kaffemaschine, Esstisch. Besteck, Geschirr, Bestehlung
jeweils fur vier Personen. Jede Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Dusche,
WC und Wascbecken, fliessend Kalt und Warmwasser.
Bettwasche und Handtucher fur jeweils vier Personen sind im Mietpreis
eingeschlossen und werden wochentlich gewechselt
Parkplatz und Grill am Haus.
In wohnung "A" hat das Schlafzimmer statt Fliesen einen
Parkettboden. Die Einbaukuche hat zusatlich eine Spulmaschine.
In wohnung "B" hat das Bad zusatlich ein Bidet. |
The apartments
Two apartments are at the raised ground floor with a roofed patio, a table and four chairs each. The two apartments were completed and newly furnished in 2003. The third apartment is at the basement.
The floors in all rooms are tiled. There are two bedrooms at each apartment at the ground floor - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The apartment at the basement has one bedroom. The sofa at the large eat-in kitchen can be converted to another bed for two persons
Each apartment has an eat-in kitchen with a table and four chairs, afitted kitchen including stove, refrigerator (with icebox) and a coffee machine.
Cutlery and dishes are provided for four people.
Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, WC and a washbasin, running cold and warm water.
Bedclothes and towels for for people are included with the rate and are changed once a week.
A parking lot is at the house.
In apartment "A" (at the ground floor, with a livingarea of 50qm and a roofed patio with 13qm) at the bedroom there are no tiles but parquetflooring. There is a dishwasher fitted in the kitchen.
In apartment "B" (at the ground floor, with a livingarea of 50qm and aroofed patio with 11qm) there is a bidet at the bathroom.
Apartment "C" at the basement has a livingarea of 40qm and a patio with 10qm.
